How to Create a Raglan Sleeve w/ Dart
I created this tutorial with the sleeves of Eowyn's Victory Gown in mind. Click on the pictures below for a larger file size (opens in new window).

. 1 .
Draw in the lines for the raglan on your front and back bodices. Cut these apart but save all of the pieces.

. 2 .
Modify your sleeve with the smaller pieces you just cut from the front and back bodices. Don't forget to take seam allowances into account. Essentially, this just adds an 'extension' onto your sleeve.
From there, you should be able to finagle a dart, as the sleeve cap from the pre-modified sleeve had some ease and you may need to take that in at the shoulder seam so the new sleeve doesn't slip off of your arm.

But, if you can't get a dart that way then you can add it to your pattern like so: split the sleeve and widen the width you want your dart. Smooth the neckline curve and then draw in your final dart.
