I created this tutorial with the sleeves of Eowyn's Green Gown in mind.

	. 1 . Standard flared sleeve pattern.
	. 2 . Add cuff extension. If you want a 2" turned back cuff, then add 2" to both sides of the sleeve - don't forget to take seam allowances into account.
	. 3 . To make the two dissimilar curves similar: fold along original hem line and trim excess so the cuff extension is the same width as the sleeve itself.
	. 4 . The pattern should 'dip' in now at the cuff when laid completely flat.
	. 5 . Final modified pattern shape.
