| The operator of Surprise Lechon Padala has been in the food business for 15 years. From humble beginnings, together with his wife, were able to put up a restaurant, bakeshop, catering service and a cafe. The company also produces cake products for major restaurants in Bacolod City. He is Raffy "Ping" Catalan. This online Surpise Lechon Padala started in the year 2003 when Bacolenios from the US, Europe and Canada started asking Raffy, being a caterer, to deliver lechon, food and cakes to their respective families in Bacolod and Negros Occidental. Initially payments we made through bank wire but 80% of the customers are now using Western Union and Xoom.com, a Paypal service. ( It is not safe to email your credit card details in the internet). It is our company's goal to extend trusted service to thoughtful, homesick and caring Negrosanons conveying their fondness and "amot" to their loved ones in Bacolod and Negros Occidental by delivering an unexpected lechon to their special celebrations as a surprise gift. |

| The lechon is delivered as a surprise gift to the event as specified by the ordering overseas relative. Complete with event date, time and address. We take a picture of the receiving consignee accepting the lechon and the email the picture (in JPEG format) to the lechon sender. Some consigness really thought that the lechon was sent by the sender from outside the Philippines..... Te ? Sige padala na ...... :) . |
