I'd been planning on sailing the Whitsundays since before I left Boston, over a year and a half ago. But I could not have imagined the voyage I ended up taking. I ended up booking two spots for myself and Eva on a Tuesday sailing of the Condor, which turned out to be on Valentine's Day. This could have been a recipe for disaster, but it was instead, one of the best times that I've ever had. I spent three days sailing through a beautiful place with a beautiful girl. And there was even a full moon on the 14th, geesh. Our first day started early, but meant that we had a nice day at sea, stopping for snorkling in a shallow reef area filled with fish and spending some time lounging on a sand bar surrounded by water and islands. | |||||
