Upon arriving to Bangkok, I first reunited with Tom and Neil. They were less enthused about this as it was 7am. Well, Neil anway, Tom got up and immediately headed to the roof with me for some morning sun. The next few days were spent with friends from Ko Pha Ngan and shopping. And watching the World Cup. Every night, the main bar on Khao San Rd is filled with different colors as all the nations of the world can be found on this street. After two weeks here, my room was littered with the fruits of my labor in the markets, and empty plates from room service. | |||||
