About our Chapter
Lebanon Chapter Order of DeMolay first received it's Letters Temporary in 1957 and was sponsored by Lebanon Chapter #64 R.A.M the chapter operated under it's charter until 1981 when it was officially declared defunct. The first Chairman of the Advisory council was James Owen and the Chapter Dad was Ralph Lepp. Lebanon Chapter is currently operating under Letters Temporary as of March 6, 2005 when we made our return!

Lebanon DeMolay Success Stories
Clyde Lorance PMC- Clyde was a dedicated member of Lebanon Chapter during the 1960's and 70's. After High School, Clyde enlisted in the U.S. Army and served in Vietnam. Clyde had a dream to become a entrepenuer and to develop real estate communities. His dream came true when he developed Saddlebrooke, a private community and town located near Branson, Mo along Hwy 65. J.Howard Fisk PMC- Brother Howard was considered by his brethren, to be one of the most enthusiastic DeMolays in Lebanon Chapter and in the area. Brother Fisk's success has come through his business of Transportation. Howard, is the owner and founder of Fisk Limousines of Springfield, Mo. Brother Fisk not only services the Springfield area, but provides shuttles that travel across the entire state of Mo. Howard has a full fleet of Limousines and coaches which transport passengers of all ages to events throughout Mo and bordering states. Through his business, brother Fisk has become a Millionaire businessman and still has ties and contact with Lebanon Chapter and still comes to events held by the Chapter.
Richard Scrivener PMC- One of two brothers who served Lebanon Chapter as Master Councilor, Richard"Hank"Scrivener now resides in Springfield, Mo where he is the founder and CEO of Scrivener Oil Company, who established all of the Signal Gas Stations in Southwest Missouri. Richard keeps in contact with Lebanon Chapter and is proud to have been a member. Richard has hit the Millionaire mark and continues to do well in his business in SWMO. Brother Richard is a member of Laclede Lodge #83 and the York Rite Bodies of Springfield.
Greg Kays PMC- After serving as Master Councilor, Greg graduated High School and went to Missouri University where he studied law and received his Juris Doctorate. Greg returned to Lebanon and went into private practice soon after. In 1997, Brother Kays was elected Circuit Court Judge of the 26th Judicial Circuit. He and his wife Julie still reside in Lebanon. Greg is a member of Laclede Lodge #83 AF&AM
Rusty Shadel- Rusty continues to be a pillar in the Lebanon community. Rusty's fondest memory in DeMolay was his cousin Phil Peters who was a very active member of the Chapter until he was killed in a car accident in 1970. Rusty has lived in Lebanon his entire life and has become a successful business man in the Funeral Business. Rusty is a co-owner of Thieme-Shadel-Hicks Funeral homes which service many communities in Southwest, Mo. Rusty remains a friend of Lebanon Chapter and continues to support their efforts. Rusty is a member of Laclede Lodge #83 AF&AM
John Boswell- John became a member in the mid 1960's and stayed faithful to the chapter until he entered college. He still cherishes his time as a DeMolay and the memories and friends he made. Brother Boswell entered the world of business through his family who owned the Independent Stave Company established in Lebanon in 1912. Currently, the company owns facilities in 19 Country's with a net worth of $110Million dollars. Brother Boswell manufactures wooden barrels to keg wine, and beer as well as many walnut products used today. Their headquarters titled World Cooperage is located in Lebanon, Mo
Steve Plaster- Brother Steve has become a successful businessman through the combined  efforts of he and his father Robert W. Plaster who is the owner and CEO of Empire Gas in the U.S. and also Evergreen Investments LLC, a Multi Million dollar corporation. Currently Steve is the CEO and President of the Robert W. Plaster Trust Fund and is a large contributer to local politics and local charities. The stadium in which the Missouri State Univ. Bears play, is named the Plaster Sports Complex. The Plaster family has been so successful in business, they have been named to the top 25 wealthiest family list for the Midwest. Steve Plaster is a Multi Millionaire and his business continues to flourish throughout Mo. Steve still resides in Lebanon.
