You will need:
Carrier Oil (such as olive oil or grapeseed oil)
Essential Oil, such as balsam or clove (any healing oil, or simply a nice fragrance. You can find more information about different types of essential oil - which should be diluted, hence the carrier - here or here)
Black candles (more information about candle correspondences here)
Mix up the essential oil into your carrier oil (or use plain oil). Then cast a circle or prepare ritual space in whatever way you normally do, and light the candles. Black candles are to banish negativity, which is why I have used them, but feel free to substitute or change anything you wish. This spell is modified from a gypsy spell recorded by Charles Leland. Place the oil on first your forehead, hands and then your heart area. While placing the oil, visualise the various feelings you wish to be removed. The mention of "hands" is for self-injury, though you could adapt this spell to just about anything. You can make a pentagram sign with the oil, a run, or another symbol of meaning to you. The places where you do this should be obvious in the spell:
Oh pain in the mind
go into the oil
oh need in the hands
go into the oil
[Pushing outwards with the hands]
go out of the oil
into the air
go out of the air
into the earth.
To the Earth-Spirit.
There's thy home.
There go and eat.
[Clap, or make a loud noise]
Out!
Close the circle, finish in your normal way.
