| 120 12/17/01 Shadows (Revised) The sun went down, She went to sleep, Dreaming about some dancing sheep When suddenly they disappeared, Replaced with feelings of fear, Where she found herself awake totally unaware She�s all alone as far as she knows, Now feeling that she had to go, She sat up and decided where to go Knowing her house like the back of her hand, She got up and slowly started towards the can, Where leaving the light off seemed fair Now out of bed and in the hall, She heard some strange noise, And Thought it was just the dog Going on to find the door, No need to lock it so she thought, Knowing that there is no one home, Not knowing about what the shadows held On her way back now walking down, This hallway where she found, Something strange and odd to her, Her light was on, Too bad for her� |
