ð The new BLR listserve: (Derrick) created an Email list serve for Berkeley Liberation Radio's community of listeners, programmers and co-conspirators. I created it to promote dialog, announce news, and talk about shows or anything that is relevant to the BLR Community. I have taken steps so no one (but me) sees who is joined. Only members can post to the list. Of course I'm sure eventually an FCC person may get on this list so this list should be considered semipublic (i.e.,. Lets keep sedition plans to our back room meetings and coded transmissions :) I'll try to see where peoples mail is coming from (i.e. a gov server?), plus maybe send a message that this list is for private citizens only, and anyone conducting official business is not to join (I doubt that it is effective, but the warez heads seem to use warnings like that in order to get onto there servers) This list could be a very novel way for the audience to get more involved and to be more informed. It's easier to write an email message than to call in or write a snail mail letter (or check a website, they get a message that they have to do something with). to subscribe: email [email protected] thanks, Derrick return to menu part6 schedule part7 return home part8 schedule part9 return home return home
