(all suggestions welcome) Without publicity, we are concerned that no audience will be here, so we have not finalized any schedule. History of Adeline Plaza (brief summary-more to come)
Historically, Adeline St. Plaza was probably the favorite charming neighborhood in the East Bay. It was the crossing place for four streetcar lines, so there were lots of shops with easy access everywhere in the SF area. Sadly, an illegal conspiracy between GM and pro-auto corporations dismantled the streetcars and turned Adeline St. into a miniature freeway, packed with people desperate to get to work, but having to each drive private autos instead of streetcars.

Adding insult to injury, the BART system, controlled by suburban developers, named the new Adeline St. train station for a neighborhoodless freeway connector, Ashby. Now Adeline St. is on its way to recovery.
The Adeline St. corridor needs more trees!. There
will be a lot of tree-planting activity in March and April, including
Malcolm X. School and Martin Luther King Way Check soon for details
