Our band will be playing at CHICKENFEST so come and skank the day away at CHICKENFEST. Everyone will be there and it's the cool thing to do! We will have up to 7 new songs to play in addition to our traditional selection. Our band will start playing at 12:30 so come listen and enjoy. CAR FULL OF MIDGETS will also be filling in some of the time frame as well at CHICKENFEST so be prepared for a good good day.
CHICKENFEST is Saturday June 23 and 24. Our band is playing on the 24 at 12:30.
CHICKENFEST IS AT THE PARK NEXT TO SUNRISE ROAD. It is located next to Jenny's House or at the intersection of Midway Road and Noe.

Our band may potentially be playing at Chickenfest again this year and we will be rocking hardcore. With a guaranteed awexome performance and a couple new incredible songs, it will make you skank and definitely want to TAKE A LIC!

P.s.s Our recording process is over half way done so if you see people in our band who haven't recorded yet, tell them to get it done!
August 12th
We are playing in the talent show on Sunday August 14th. I think we are playing 3 songs in it plus the Chickendance is what I'm told so come listen and skank. I think we set up at 2:00 and I'd guess that the talent show starts at 7:00 pm so we'll be playing any time after that.

Chickenfest and the Monkeywrench rocked. You should have been there if you weren't. That's about all that's new with us. We are going to attempt to finish recording sometime this summer but there isn't much time we can all gather since four of the seven need to work to pay for college.

We just played a hot hot show at the Monkeywrench with some other bands and another hot ska band known as SOMETHING TO DO. They were awexome. Thanks to all who came out and skanked and supported either of the two bands. Our charity Jazz show went excellent also. Sorry this hasn't been updated in so long but what we are basically doing right now is writing new songs so we can get out a CD and we plan to also release shirts sometime this summer. Muwahaha..

Today incase you cannot notice the logo or our band changed compliments of Mz. Nicole Geske. Our band loves the logo and would just like to extend our uttermost gratitude to her for making such a sweet logo. Right now were doing mostly jazz practices so that we can prepare for our upcoming private show at the PAC. We hope to see you in the near future and we hope you purchase our CD, whenever it comes out.

Both of our concerts at the House of Beans went well. On the 18th of February I think we had the most amount of people there but we definitely made the least amount of money ever. Ha, good times. We are gonna switch hardcore to some jazz practices to prepare for our show at the PAC on March 14th and yes, I'm sorry, this is private. We are having a concert on the 29th of this month at the House of Beans in Little Chute. The concert runs from 7-9. Show up, skank, and have a good time.
I am having lots of problems with the webpage currently, ( I can't get the concert site to appear correctly) so I'll try to fix things up but it could take a little bit. If all else fails check this page. I know how to work this one at least.

Today we are not only going to practice but I got the picture of Jacob Horn to actually work. Muwahaha! How come no one told me it didn't automatically upload with the site. Ha. I'm a newb but I try. We practiced today at it was hot. We want to play some shows so Wurzer if you could look around for us some more or if anyone out there knows of some gig tell us in our guestbook please and we are preparing a half jazz half ska show at the PAC for some charity (sorry to inform you that this show happens to be private). We are very slowly looking into the recording business but I think that it is going to take a while since we have to prepare for the PAC show but otherwise things are going hot. At our last show we added a new member to the horn section of our band. We extend a warm passionate welcome to Jacob Horn who is going to play some trombone in our band. The show we played on the 18th turned out to be okay but we are really looking forward to practicing. Practice tomorrow should be hot and future upcoming shows should be a blast. Support your local ska band. We're looking into magnets. I don't know if it's gonna happen or not but it's up in the air and I don't really have too much else to write about so far. TAKE A LIC!

We are planning on playing a show at the HOUSE OF BEANS ON SATURDAY AT 7 O'CLOCK. I know that I haven't updated the site for nearly a month but the truth is nothing has been done in that month. We've all sat around because we haven't been able to gather for a practice. Anyways, lets end this year with a bash at the house of beans. Cost: Pete (the guy that runs the bands there) allowed us to lower the price from $5 to simply just having to buy a drink. What a bargain. And you get quality ska music. Tipping the band isn't essential, but it is a nice way to compliment us and help us to support payment for our funds. Regretfully Sally will be missing this gig.

Sign the guestbook about when you can play at the House of Beans so that Wurzer can set up a good time for us to play. I crave playing a gig and can't wait for the next practice. It's been so long but I know the earliest we can practice is basically next week Monday except maybe we can on Friday (not sure on that yet). Tomorrow doesn't work good because of work, Thursday is the Pops Concert which all of our band is in, and well I guess Friday could work, but Branta is gone on the weekend to Eau Claire for an audition so wish him the best of luck. The time frame that Wurzer is looking at for the gig is from now until Christmas Break I think but I could be mistaken so if I am Wurzer leave a message on the guestbook. Today I heard a rumor that we were playing at the House of Beans tomorrow night. Kind of weird since Sally will be playing at volleyball state and most of our band will be there supporting her. We bid her the best of luck! I love rumors. Ha. I'm ok now. We should be playing a show sometime at the House of Beans on an upcoming Friday soon so keep on checking out the Concerts page.

I have taken control of the site (Mark Beck). We have slowed down to volleyball and work issues but have figured out two new songs and shirt ideas are on the way (Tou Yia Xiong) so be ready to skank because it's closer than it seems! I also think that we will most likely be heading to a recording studio within the next two months to put out an album so if anyone is interested in our first album or a ska-rific shirt, tell one of the LIC members so that we can get one to you when we get them. The battle of the bands was fun, we placed 3rd, but we should have gotten at least 2nd, because we were the only band that got people dancing, but they seemed to like us a lot so we were invited back. We just started this site today, our last concert was on Thursday. We have some reviews for that concert, because it was just that good. No one skanked except us...
