| Chapter 61 Later that evening, Lucky and Emily were walking along the garden path. She was really letting him have it then suddenly she ran down the path back towards the house in tears. Lucky stood there puzzled unsure of what to do. When suddenly a voice called out, �You are a fool for letting them get to you.� Lucky turned around to see himself standing in the shadows. �Who are you?� Lucky asked wondering why the young man before him looked so strange. �Nakita, and I say again. Why are you letting them hurt that girl? Don�t you love her?� Nakita asked walking closer to Lucky. �Emily? Yeah, I love Emily,� Lucky said unsure what this guy met or what was going on. He could swear that he could actually see through the kid but that was impossible. Wasn�t it? Nikka sat down on the bench near Lucky and said, �Ok, then why are you letting the others hurt her. You allowed them to manipulate your feelings and use them against you.� Lucky sat down near the kid and looked with a cynical look on his face. �Who is they and what are you talking about?� Lucky demanded. Nikka smiled and said, �The others. They have been playing games with all of you for a while now. They enjoyed watching you play out events in their lives. Things didn�t work out for them with your brother and his two lady friends. They are hoping it will work out now.� �What does Nikolas, Gia, and Robin have to do with this?� Lucky asked. �Don�t your history? You should this even happen time and time again on this very land. Two women fall for a Cassadine. They fight for him. One dies by her own hands and the other dies by his. He in the end realized his own mistake and kills himself. This is what they want of you, and those two ladies. I hope you are stronger then the others. I hope you can fight them because I know your death will hurt your sister. She reminds me of my sister. I hate to see her hurt,� Nikka said and with that he vanished right in front of Lucky�s eyes. Lucky jumped off the bench looking down with an opened jawed expression on his face. �Where did he go?� Lucky muttered but no one was around to hear him. All he heard was the sounds of an owl �hooting� somewhere over head. ********************** Zander and Robin were looking in one of the rooms for the missing jewels. Robin looked over at Zander and whispered. �Doesn�t Victor have any idea who could be the thief?� �No, he looked over everyone in the house. He is stumped on who could steal like this,� Zander said to Robin as he opened a draw by the bed. Robin thought about this and then said, �Maybe we can send a list of people hear to father. He might have some connections in the WSB be left. I bet they could track down this thief easy.� Zander thought about this for a moment then said, �Not a bad idea. I�ll email him the list tonight when we get done hear. He can give us the information when he arrives this weekend.� �Good,� Robin said and they both went back to work as they tried to catch a thief. ****************************** Alexis was still shaken up with the event of the rocking chair. She even went as far as to have the chair removed from the room. Sonny found her that evening standing over Tasha�s bed watching her sleep. �Honey, the threat is over with you can relax,� Sonny said to his wife as he walked up behind her putting his arms around her waste. Alexis shook her head a bit as she said, �I don�t know if it is alright or not. I don�t even know what happened. That chair kept on going and I tried to get to her but it was like something or someone was holding me back.� Sonny kissed her cheek then said; � This castle is old. You said yourself you walk into a lot of cold spots in the place. I bet it was a wind that got the rocker going.� �Sonny, there wasn�t any wind. Gia and I didn�t feel it. You weren�t there; it was like someone was moving the rocker then there is the twins. They looked at Luke and said, �You see the mean ones, too.� He said he did. He tried to brush it off but I don�t know any more. What if he did see something?� Alexis asked. Alexis didn�t know if she believed in ghosts or not. She did know a lot of people died her and she did hear lots of stories from the staff about strange happenings going on. All she knew was that something happened to her daughter that could have really hurt her. Alexis wasn�t sure she wanted to risk leaving Tasha a lone ever again at least not while they were in this place! Sonny smiled and said, �Sweetheart, Luke loves to joke around. I bet he was just playing with the kids. This place isn�t hunted and the kids don�t talk to ghosts.� All Alexis did was nod her head as she let Sonny pull her away from her daughter for now to their bed. ********************************** Stefan and Luke realized that the only way they were going to get Mikkos do to anything they wanted was get him in a very good mood. The only thing that would get Mikkos in that kind of a mood was finding the hidden treasure. So, this night, Luke and Stefan were following the clues of that paper to whatever destination. Luke was in the lead. They were walking down a dark tunnel deep in the walls of the castle. �You sure you know where you are going?� Stefan asked Luke having trouble seeing at all. The only thing he really saw was Luke�s head move ever now and then. It was the only clue that he had that he wasn�t a lone. �Yes, I have been down these tunnels hundred of times. I know where we are,� Luke said smiling. The clue was simple. It said find the next piece of the puzzle in the location where death came to millions. The only place Luke could think off was the torture chamber. So, this was where they were going at this moment. Luke did note that the ghost of his so-called grandfather was leading the way. He had a feeling that he shouldn�t tell Stefan this. He didn�t think the guy would like the idea at all. �Stefan, do you have any idea what we are looking for when we get there?� Luke asked looking back at towards Stefan�s direction. �Not a clue,� Stefan said, �I do have a riddle but I can�t figure it out yet.� �Lets here it,� Luke ordered. Stefan shrugged and said, �Go to the lady and her insides will show you her true heart.� Luke laughed and said, �The iron maiden.� �What is an iron maiden?� Stefan asked thinking contrary to popular belief he wasn�t into this much gothic. He might have researched the deaths of this family but that was it. He never thought about how the people down below the castle were tortured and didn�t want to know. It was a little detail that Stefan always wanted to avoid. Luke shook his head at this and said, �Let me guess, you don�t like horror movies?� �No, my life was a horror enough. I don�t enjoy sitting watching someone kill people,� Stefan replied thinking of all the slasher movies that Luke has watched sence he known the guy. �You are missing some nice perks in slasher movies,� Luke said smiling. �Give me one good one!� Stefan snapped. �It gets the women closer to you. They scream and jump right on top of you,� Luke said grinning sheepishly. Stefan just shook his head and they walked on without a comment. The only noise you heard was Luke�s laughter echoing in the halls. *********************** Lucky didn�t believe he saw a ghost. He did think that his mind was playing tricks on him but thought it might be a good idea to talk to Em before heading off to bed. Lucky went to Emily�s room and knocked on her door. �Em!� Lucky called out. �Go away,� Emily, cried out. Lucky could tell that she had been crying because of the why her voice sounded. He felt even guiltier as he shoved the door open. �Em!� Lucky said in a small voice as the door opened. Emily turned around and glared at Lucky. �What do you want?� �I want to say I�m sorry,� Lucky said bowing his head just a bit. �I know what I did was wrong but I was enjoying it. I don�t like that girl the way I like you. I just loved the idea the two of you fighting over me. Can you forgive me?� Emily shook her head and said, �Lucky, it game for you but I like her. I she really wants you.� Lucky laughed and said, �Well, she is a little late. You see I have this girl that puts up with me and my family like I put up with hers.� Emily couldn�t help but laugh as the sight of Lucky shit eating grin. �You know, if I didn�t love like I do. I would kill you.� �Well, don�t kill me. Kiss me!� Lucky said grinning brighter. Emily sighed walked to Lucky and kissed him. She did bit his lip just before they parted. �Ouch, what was that for?� Lucky asked holding his lip. �For playing games with me. I don�t like it,� She sculled him. �I will behave,� Lucky said and they fell on to her bed starting to make out. ****************************** When Luke and Stefan got to the torture chamber they went right to the iron maiden. It took them a bit but they finally found the hidden compartment where the next clue was hidden. �What is it?� Luke asked looking at the box. �It�s a toy,� Stefan said. �A what?� Luke asked. �A child�s toy. It is an old puzzle, you move sections around to get it to open up,� Stefan said looking at it wondering how he was going to get it to open. �Great,� Luke said eyeing the ghost that had been following them. �This your idea?� �Only Cassadine children can open it,� the ghost said grinning. Luke didn�t comment. He just childishly stuck his tongue out at the ghost and walked away. �You�re doing it again,� Stefan said knowing that Luke had just had a fight with a ghost. �Oh, stick it,� Luke said as he they walked.
