| Chapter Six Author�s Note: Those of you who don�t know what the game of Three Card Monty is. It is older then most of us. You have three cards one is the queen. You try to find it. After the dealer moves the cards around. It is one of the oldest con games in the world. In the second half of this story Nikolas is living with the Spencers. He found out the truth and went looking for Laura. He just plays a small part only because this story is not about the Cassadines. Two years later Sixteen year old Lucky Spencer was standing on the street of Miami. Trying to get people to play Three Card Monty. �Come on Ladies and Gentlemen try you luck. Find the lady and win some money. Just twenty dollars a try.� barked Lucky moving the cards around. Showing the queen every once in awhile. A man walked up placed a twenty on the table. Lucky did not look up until the voice said. �I pick the middle one.� Luke slowly turned the cards on the right and left over. �I guess I win. Right Cowboy?� (About time) Lucky started to run but he ran right into Sonny. �Hold it kid. Your not going anywhere.� he said grabbing Lucky by the collar walking him to the waiting car. �Let me go. You can�t do this.� Yelled Lucky struggling to get away, but with Sonny on his right and Luke on his left. He was trapped. (Lucky it�s all right trust them) �Where are you taking me?� Lucky asked looking Luke right in the face. �Back to your place to grab your things. Then we are going home.� �No, I�m not. I don�t need you anymore. So get out of my life and stay out.� Lucky said his words dripping in venom. (Lucky stop) �You�re going home. Even if I have to drag you there kicking and screaming. Your chose Cowboy.� Luke said. He can�t still be mad at me. Not after all this time. Something else had to send him away. (It did you fool. Damon. Luke sometimes I think your as deaf as you son.) They stopped in front of a rundown hotel. Luke yanked Lucky out of the car and marched him up the stairs. Lucky�s room was on the third floor all the way to the end. �You have done your homework,� said Lucky. �I missed you ten times over the last two years. I wasn�t going to take any chances.� Luke said shoving him in the room. The room was bare with just a bed and a small dresser. There were two bags lying in the closet. His backpack and an old duffel bag, he picked up along the way. �This all.� Luke asked. �Yes.� Lucky hissed. Luke was pushing Lucky back down the hallway when someone stepped out and said. �Where do you think your taking him,� asked the man who out weighed Luke. Lucky almost thought his luck changed. Until Sonny came up from behind and stuck a gun in the guys back. �Back off. This no of your business.� ordered Sonny. �Its all right David. This is my father and his friend Sonny. They�re just here to take me home. Would you look out for Amber for me? Here take this and keep the rest out for trouble to. Tell Amber I�ll catch up with her later.� Lucky said handing David a roll of bills. �No you�re not.� Luke said pushing Lucky down the hall. (Luke lighten up.
