| Chapter Twenty One � �Coming apart� �Luke. What happened?� Robert asked kneeling in front of Lucky. �We were talking. He was telling me about life on the island. He started telling me things that bothered me. Rob, Helena had him hypnotized. She�s been brain washing him for over five years. We don�t know what�s the truth or what's fiction.� Luke said getting up to pace. �Luke, you have to calm down. You�re not going to help Lucky by getting upset.� Robert said joining his friend. Lake had left the room and came back in with Lucky�s paints and the painting. He set everything up and went to Lucky. �Lucky? How about painting something for me?� Lake asked. Lucky stood up going over to the painting and started to paint. Luke and Robert looked at Lake in disbelief. �How did you know to go get that thing?� Luke asked in disbelief. �While you both were gone, Uncle Mac and I were fixing dinner one night. He burned the gravy and he yelled, �throw it out the window.� Lucky stopped moving. He acted as if he waiting for something. Mac didn�t notice at first. He was two busy fixing dinner. He asked Lucky if he wanted one or two pork chops. Boom! Lucky went to the ground and started to rock back and forth. Singing that� song.� Lake said in disgust. �Why didn�t you tell us before this?� Robert asked him. �It slipped my mind. After everything that happened, I forgot.� Lake said in his defense. �Robert? I don�t like that song. The first two parts are about killing Michael and me. I don�t mind the idea of Michael getting killed but not by Lucky. They are trying to turn him into some kind of monster.� Luke said walking over to his son. �All right, Luke you have to tell me everything.� Robert said pulling up a chair. Luke told both of them about the entire conversation. When he was through, Robert shook his head in disbelief. What are those snakes up to now?� Robert wondered out loud. �I don�t know about what the Cassadines plan, but Helena�s plan for Lucky? Let�s just say I�m glad that old bat is dead. She wanted to turn my son in one of her play things!� Luke barely got the words out. The idea not only turned his stomach but he would have loved to kill Helena himself. �Lake. How long did he do this the last time?� Robert asked. �About four hours?� Lake replied. �Stay here with him. Luke, we�re going outside. I think its time we talked all this through.� Robert said walking out of the room. The two men sat on the deck with drinks. �All right, Rob?� Luke asked. �What are you thinking about?� �A lot of things. I�m tired of being behind everyone. Let�s see if we can move ahead. There are a lot of people with plans around here. Andrew for one, Michael, and now the Cassadines. I think one of the Cassadines are hiding some where around here and Andrew might be in with them.� Robert said. �That makes sense. Since Lucky and him started to practice together Lucky�s moods have started getting unpredictable.� Luke said. �Luke. I have been thinking. If the Cassadines have been brain washing Lucky all this time, then that means your escape from them was a set up.� Robert said. �I thought of that and Rob, I don�t like it.
