| Chapter Twenty Nine Alexis Davis walked into Dara office the next morning and place papers on her desk. �I don�t have time for you today,� Dara said. �Make time. I�m hear to make sure you open the Katherine Bell murder case and open one on the Elizabeth Webber and Lucky Spencer. Murder and Attempted Murder cases,� Alexis told her. Dara read the papers and grabbed the phone. �Get me a warrant for the arrest of Helena Cassadine,� Dara ordered. �Alexis this better not be a joke.� �It�s not and you have three real police officers to back me up,� Alexis said. �You better be right. I�m putting my job on the line for this,� Dara said. ~~~~~~~~~ Helena Cassadine sat down for her first break all day. �These creates deserved to be frozen,� Helena thought to herself. Kermit, Peter and V walked into the dinner and walked up to Helena. �Mrs. Cassadine. You�re under arrest,� Peter said. �I�m what?� she said. �What�s the charge?� �Double Murder and attempted murder. You have the right to remain silence. If you give up this right anything you say will be held against you in a court of law. You have a right to an attorney during questioning. If you can�t afford one the court will appoint you one.� V read Helena her rights as Kermit put the cuffs on her. Helena was beyond angry. She never in her whole life ever felt so humiliated. Luke as behind this and he was going to pay dearly for it. Helena had one card left to play and she was going to play it. They booked her and let her make two phone calls. She knew that Stefan wouldn�t help her out. So, she called an old family friend and got him to send her an attorney. She had nice pictures of him and his lover and threatened to give them to his wife. The next call was more cryptic. �Hi, this is Helena. I want you to handle that little problem for me and do it tonight.� she hung up the phone and smiled a very evil smile. She knew by morning that Lucky, Lulu and Nikolas were going to be dead. She was placed in a holding cell and dreamed about the looks on those idiots� faces when those three were placed in the cold hard ground. ~~~~~ Stefan and Nikolas were sitting in the library playing chess, Lucky was playing with Lulu upstairs, and Kermit and Caine were in the kitchen talking when suddenly all hell broke loose. Five men stormed into the library, Stefan grabbed Nikolas and shoved him out of the room. One man opened fired and Stefan fell to the ground. Lucky heard the shot and ordered his sister to hide in the closet and stay put until one of them called for her. He went through the secret passages down to the basement where Caine was working on the power box early that day. Lucky found it and started to turn the power off in the house. He wanted to make things a little more even for their side. He headed back up to the next floor. Lucky heard someone in the passage and grabbed for him. Nik called out, �Lucky it�s me.� �Sorry but how did you know it was me?� Lucky whispered. �Who else would go down to the basement and shut off the power. They shot Stefan. I didn�t get a chance to help him there about five of them. What are we going to do?� Nikolas asked. �Go get Caine and Kermit.� Lucky said and they head up to the main floor. Even in the dark, Nikolas noticed two men heading up the main stairway. �Lucky be quiet there are two of them heading upstairs.� Nik said. Lucky got worried about Lulu and quickly came up with a plan. Lucky asked Nik to move the table that sat behind the couch in front of the stairs and then hide. Lucky would do the rest. Nikolas did what he was told but didn�t understand until Lucky stood in the middle of the room and started to knock things over and stubble about. The two men started back down and they didn�t see the table. They ran right into it and fell over it. Nikolas grabbed the guns and knocked the men out. He walked up to Lucky and said, �You were great. What gave you the idea?� �I got it from everyone moving things on me and not closing the doors. You can really get hurt when people don�t remember you can�t see,� Lucky told him. Nikolas squirmed a little bit on that remark. He had forgotten a few times in not closing the door and Lucky ended up with black and blue marks because of it. Kermit and Caine joined them and tied the men up. �Lucky that was great.� Kermit said. �Did you turn out the lights?� �Yes and Lulu is hiding in her closet.� Lucky told them. Caine and Nikolas went up to get Lulu. Kermit took Lucky and they went to see if Stefan was all right. They were about a few feet from the library when Lucky stopped Kermit and placed two fingers in the air. Kermit realized Lucky heard two different voices and neither of them were Stefan�s. Kermit moved to the library door and shoved it open two men were startled long enough for Kermit to get two shots off. The men dropped to the ground dead but before he could do anything else. A man called out �drop the gun.� Kermit slow turned around and found a man holding a gun in one hand and Lucky by the other. Lucky suddenly reached up and grabbed the man�s arm. He twisted it so hard that Kermit heard the bones brake. As the man yelled Lucky reached up and slammed his fist right into the man�s face. He went down without another sound.
