| We'll be together | |||||
| I've always known that my relationship with Niles is not what the average, law-abiding citizen would call "normal". But in the end, just what is "normal"? I have never encountered that answer yet, even in my career as a radio call- in psychiatrist. Nonetheless, we've vowed to be together and be for each other, no matter the situation. It doesn't matter if one of us is hurt; the other must comfort and sooth the other. We are brothers and we are also lovers as well. We are brothers but we have fallen in love with each other. Yes, it is a forbidden relationship, but, we know what we're doing. We've been very close brothers since we were little children, so to the eyes of polite society, they see nothing wrong with us. In fact, hardly any of them suspect anything. We both need a shoulder to cry on and a person to be there for them when we need it the most. That's why I love being in love with Niles. He can help me emotionally, whether I'm sad or I'm happy. That gleeful look on his face when he smiles hasn't changed a bit since we were children. Yet, his tearful face can look almost angelic, when Niles is crying. It's an odd expression, indeed, however, that is what I think of him. Our relationship transcends the ordinary; it becomes extraordinary. And I wouldn't want our relationship to change, anyways. |
