| Kagome is an average 15 year old girl. That is until she falls down the bone eaters well one day. Now she finds herself in the Feudal Japan Era with strange new friends. She is the reincarnation of Kikyo, the priestess who boud Inuyasha to the Sacred tree. The day she comes across InuYasha and sets him free is also the day the Shikon Jewel come out of her body! In a fight with a demon over the Jewel, Kagome accidently shatters the jewel into many shards. Now she and her friends are on a quest to gather them. |
| Weapon: Bow and Arrow: Kagome possess miko powers. Her weapon is the bow and arrow. She purifies the arrow, making it much stronger than any ordaniary arrow. |
| In her first encounter with InuYasha, her life is at risk. In order to protect herself from Inuyasha, she is given a necklace which is placed around InuYasha'a throat. Every time Kagome uses the famouse "SIT" comand, Inuyasha is stopped in his tracks. |
