The purpose of this website is to promote understanding of the Constitution of the United States of America. 

The Constitution is the agreement between the people and those we have chosen to govern the nation. It clarifies how we choose those who govern, how the government is run, and what our rights, as citizens, are.

Without a firm knowledge of the Constitution, we cannot truly know our rights.
