THE LEARNING CENTER'S FOCUS:
- Keeping the Learning Centre a safe place.
- Promotion of personal growth and self-reliance among the participants.
- Recruitment of volunteer tutors from the Community.
- Personal and community development by expanding individual experience with field trips, shared
decision making and enhancing awareness of current issues.
- Provision of laddering and support for individuals who need educational services that are beyond the scope of what the CLC can offer.
- Provision of other related service to the community, such as, local fax services, resume writing and social advocacy.
