The
chief power of HTML comes from its ability to link text and images to other
documents or sections of a document. A browser highlights the identified text
or image with color and or underlines to indicate that it is a hypertext link.
The starting tag
for a link is called an anchor tag (<A>)
and you would create a link like this:

HREF="your filename">This would be the text on your page</A>
