The content and duration of each course will be negotiated with each individual student and a study programme designed that is tailored to the particular needs of that student. Courses may last from one to four weeks. General, professional and business English courses will be available. There will also be excursions to local cities and places of interest.

Teaching and accommodation are provided in a self- contained specially converted stone cottage that combines comfort and privacy with the latest language learning technology. The language guest will have his/her private bedroom with en suite bathroom. There will also be unlimited, individual access to T.V, video and Hi-fi equipment as well as a personal computer equipped with language learning software.

This is a small family run establishment that invites the language student to be a guest with us. All meals will be provided and whenever possible organic and free-range products will be used. Many of these will come from our own garden.

The course will be of greatest value for those wishing to develop their oral skills but the content is completely open to negotiation. If it is for personal use then language learning will be done through whatever subjects and mediums are of greatest interest to each individual.

Your stay in Ireland will not only provide you with intensive language learning. It will also give you the opportunity to relax and enjoy a break from urban and office pressures while experiencing the unspoiled beauty of the Irish countryside.
