Menu

"Mezedes"

Mezedes are the appetizers, which precede any meal over which particular care has been lavished. The Greek Cuisine is so rich in appetizers that there is a constant risk of never getting past them and on to the main dish.

Tzaziki is a special white sauce that is made with garlic, yogurt, olive oil, and cucumbers. It is a traditional appetizer in Greece and can be eatten with bread, meat, salads or just by itself. It is also used heavily with the famous Gyros.

Melitzanosalata is an appetizer that is made with eggplants, lemon, olive oil, onions, and parsley. It is also eaten in the same manner as Tzaziki

Salads

A good salad is certain to make a fine dish even finer. We will over to you one of the most typical salads in Greece.

Choriatiki slata is made with *Feta Cheese tomatoes, cucumber, onions, peppers, olives, olivie oil, viniger, oregano and salt and pepper.

*There is one important item that is missing and impossible to find here in Brasil is the Feta Cheese so we have substituted with Minas Cheese.

Freskia salata tria chromata is made with white cabbage, red cabbage, carrots and lemon juice. It is a tasty salad to enjoy before your meals.
