We were then lucky enough to be introduced to Crystal Arnold, the owner/operator of Little Leapers Child Care and all of our apprehensions disappeared. When we met Crystal we were immediately impressed by the vision she has for the type of child care that Little Leapers will provide. This is not mass daycare and every child's needs are met on a personal level. Crystal combines structure, learning and play in a nurturing environment that was perfect for our daughter.
In the interveening two years, nothing has dampened our enthusiasm for Little Leapers. Our daughter has thrived under Crystal's care. The structure of their daily activities that can turn anything into a worthwhile learning experience and just the fun she has everyday has made it easier for us to leave her and go to work.
She has made great strides in the first two years of her time at Little Leapers and now eagerly starts her third year. We know that when it is her time to leave Little Leapers she will be well prepared for her school experience. We also know that as long as we are in this area, Crystal and Little Leapers will have some part in our lives.
We know that any child will benefit from an association with Little Leapers as ours has. We would gladly recommend Crystal to anyone.

Crystal has provided the most excellent care for out son. She offers superb care in a structured, loving environment which has been nothing but beneficial for our sons growth and development.
We know he cares very deeply for Crystal and the other children and speaks of them often. He will surely miss everyone at Little Leapers when he leaves due to his baby brother arriving this summer.

I believe you have chosen a profession which comes from your heart. I know you love
children, and have a wonderful way with them.
When I think about how I have observed you working with the older elementary girls in Sunday School and your participation with the toddlers and preschoolers in the nursery at church, I recognize that you have the ability to understand and work with children in a broad range of ages. I also enjoyed seeing the many creative activities you planned for the children and for Morgan at home. Your own curiosity in the world around you inspires the children to learn and explore.
I also appreciated your calm, firm but loving guidance when I observed your parenting at home. You maintained routines to meet Morgan’s needs and she was pleasantly co-operative. Her confidence and stability have been well nurtured by you. We will all miss her!
