Dear Crystal:

Congratulations on you new venture!

I believe you have chosen a profession which comes from your heart.  I know you love 
children, and have a wonderful way with them.

When I think about how I have observed you working with the older elementary girls in 
Sunday School and your participation with the toddlers and preschoolers in the nursery at 
church, I recognize that you have the ability to understand and work with children in a 
broad range of ages.  I also enjoyed seeing the many creative activities you planned for 
the children and for Morgan at home.  Your own curiosity in the world around you 
inspires the children to learn and explore.

I also appreciated your calm, firm but loving guidance when I observed your parenting at 
home.  You maintained routines to meet Morgan’s needs and she was pleasantly co-
operative.  Her confidence and stability have been well nurtured by you.  We will all miss 
her!
