2) Go through our volunteer screening process (application, interview, reference checks, livescan through UPD, insurance fee) � this is necessary because we are working with children
3) Show up to weekly meetings (1 hour a week at the YES house) � discuss trainings, work with community members, organize fundraisers, bond and have fun
4) Get trained to go on trips
5) Become CPR/1st Aid certified
6) Sign up to go on trips
