I have learned a lot of facts about Mansfield from Mr. Bairrington like, that every ten years, the population in Mansfield  doubles. The reason is probably because we are very close to Dallas and Fort Worth, we also have the best school system in Tarrant County. No wonder are the third fastest growing town in Texas. But because of all the people there needs to be lots of land. Right now there is 35,800 square miles of land being used, and we have a total of 55 square miles to grow into.

I also learned that to make a town successful, you need three types of growth.  They are Industrial, Residential, and Retail.  We are going to get more industrial growth and we are definitely going to get more retail.

I think the visit with Mr. Bairrington was very interesting, and I would like to do that again some time.
