Mr. Barrington, came to visit our class and  I learned that Mansfield can’t take away land from other cities but if there is country between the two cities, one city gets half and Mansfield gets the other half. I also learned that a Mr. Mans and a Mr. Feild made up Mansfield. They just changed the spelling of Mr. Feilds name. If the MEDC wants to make a road on a farmers lot, they don’t have to pay them because usually it just makes the city better, but if the farmer doesn’t want them to build a road then they can’t make it. I was glad Mr. Bairrington came because I learned a lot about Mansfield and its growth.
