| The building I decided to do is the McKnight Building. Dr. W.B McKnight purchased a lot in which the McKnight Building stood in 1895, and was commenced to build the structure of the McKnight Building, and was appearing on the tax rolls on 1899. The Knights of Pythias were privileged the second floor. That held the dance meetings. Dr. McKnight made his office in the mezzanine level of the building, and the Mansfield Historical Society research material now has taken this space. the McKnight Building is Located in Downtown Mansfield F.M, 157, and is becoming part of downtown Main Street. | HOME |
