The addition of players past the registration deadline causes substantial difficulties in defining rosters, finalizing insurance, scheduling, getting coaches/referees/fields as required. Additionally when rosters become too large the players all get less game time, which is unfair to those who were registered in a more timely fashion.

Therefore: Registrations will be allowed until March 25th, and any wishing to register after this point will be subject to the following conditions:

1. Must pay a $25/player late fee
2. The BBSA must be able to still insure the player as per the league guidelines
3. There must be space on the team the player would be joining to maximums as follows: U6-6 max, U7/U8-8 max, U9/U10-14 max U11/U12-18 max U13/U14-18 max U15/U6-18 max U17/U18-18 max (as outlined in the Eastman Guidelines)
4. Absolutely NO registrations are allowable after the team in question has played its second regular season game. (this also coincides with the refund deadline for the BBSA)
