As a service provider that has created a history with his translation services delivered under professional working conditions, and with the importance attached to the sophistication of language and a responsible approach, Leandro Prada Traducciones has incorporated the following objectives in his quality policy:
� To understand customer needs and to maintain customer satisfaction at the highest level possible,
� To become a service provider aware of the importance of translation services, by following the current issues on the agenda and aiming at increasing the efficiency of his services on a continuous basis,
� To seize every opportunity for self-training and to ensure efficient involvement in projects.
� To create open communication channels with the client ensuring customer satisfaction.

Siendo un proveedor de servicios que estableci� un historial con sus servicios de traducci�n entregados en condiciones de trabajo profesionales, y con la importancia adherida a la sofisticaci�n del idioma y un acercamiento responsable, Leandro Prada Traducciones incorpor� los siguientes objetivos en su pol�tica de calidad:
� Comprender las necesidades de los clientes y mantener la satisfacci�n del cliente en el nivel m�s alto posible.
� Convertirse en un proveedor de servicios que reconoce la importancia de los servicios de traducci�n, al realizar un seguimiento de los temas actuales y al apuntar a aumentar la eficiencia de sus servicios de forma continua.

Leandro Prada Traducciones has created a history with his translation services delivered under professional working conditions, and with the importance attached to the sophistication of language and a responsible approach. Leandro Prada, accepting each translation work as a reference, will continue to establish communication between people.

2. PROCEDURES / PROCEDIMIENTOS
Upon reception of the possible translation job, the subject matter is analized and some research is carried out to determine the feasibility of the translation.
Ante la recepci�n de un posible trabajo de traducci�n, se analiza el tema y se realiza cierta investigaci�n para determinar la factibilidad de la traducci�n.
Once it has been decided that the job will be taken, a confirmation notice is sent to the client, expressing the will to do the job, the amount of words and rate agreed, and the deadline. If these items have already been stated on a previous communication, then the notification is made out based on said communication.
Una vez que se ha decidido aceptar el trabajo, se env�a un aviso de confirmaci�n al cliente, expresando la voluntad de hacer el trabajo, la cantidad de palabras y la tarifa acordada, as� como el plazo de entrega. Si estos puntos ya fueron discutidos en una comunicaci�n anterior, entonces se redactar� la nota en base a dicha comunicaci�n.
The initial task after the job has been accepted is a general reading of the whole document(s) that comprise(s) the job to grasp a general idea of the mood and topic related.
La primera tarea luego de haber aceptado el trabajo es una lectura general de todos(s) el / los documentos(s) para obtener una idea general del tema y disposici�n del proyecto.
Afterwards a more painstaking reading is carried out to identify possible issues with the translation and to collect doubts that may be researched or communicated to the client.
Luego de efectuar una lectura m�s detallada para identificar posibles conflictos en la traducci�n y recolectar dudas que pueden ser investigadas o comunicadas al cliente.
The translation process can be carried out with Computer Assisted Translation (CAT) tools or not, depending both on the nature of the job and the requirements of the client.
El proceso de traducci�n puede llevarse a cabo con herramientas de traducci�n asistida por computadora (CAT) o no, dependiendo de la naturaleza del trabajo y de los requerimientos del cliente.
Once the translation has been finished, the first step is to spell-check the entire document(s) and proofread it.
Una vez que se ha culminado la traducci�n, el primer paso es revisar la ortograf�a y buscar errores sint�cticos en el documento(s).
After a period used to gain distance and view the larger picture, the proofreading is carried out again, this time at a more detailed level.
Luego de un per�odo utilizado para distanciarse y ver m�s claramente el proyecto, se realiza una nueva lectura buscando errores sem�nticos y sint�cticos, esta vez con un grado mayor de detalle.
Finally, one last glance is taken to verify that cosmetic aspects have been maintained throughout the job, and no alterations have been carried out.
Finalmente, se le da una �ltima Mirada para verificar que los aspectos cosm�ticos se han mantenido a lo largo del trabajo, y que no se efectuaron modificaciones.

Unless otherwise agreed payment of the translation services is expected c.o.d., for international services, payment through USD check or Moneygram wire transfer is accepted..
A menos que se acuerde de otro modo, el pago de los servicios de traducci�n esperado es en efectivo contra entrega de la misma. Para las �rdenes internacionales, se acepta pagos con cheques en d�lares estadounidenses o transferencia electr�nica por Moneygram.
