English Monarch, ascended to the throne in 1272. Killed William "Braveheart" Wallace. He helped to memorialize King Arthur's supposed grave by ordering that a royal marble tomb be placed on the site.
British Monarch. Edward was the son of King Edward I. He was ousted in 1327, due to his lavish spending on favorites, cruelty and arbitrary disposition. He was later murdered at Berkeley Castle after being overthrown by his wife, Isabella of Valois and her lover, Roger Mortimer.
