TIPS FOR PROGRAMMING:

* Programming out on campus is typically the best way to meet students!
* Great places to program: kerchoff patio, ackerman union, sunset canyon rec and  the res halls.
*
To get a good room in the residence halls(meaning students will actually come to your event)co-sponsor your event with ORL.
* Take students out for coffee at Ackerman Union, kerchoff patio, Northern Lights or Westwood!
* Another great thing to do in the afternoon is to take students to the farmers market in westwood. Call up a student that you have been meaning to get into contact wtih and see if they would be interested in coming with you to the farmers markets. Most likely they will say YES!
* Just remember if  no one shows up to a program that you plan-its okay! It is just a lesson to be learned from! Always plan a program with at least two students-because obviously students will recruit their friends to come to programs!
* Also in the JCSC office there are tons of binders of past programs that you can browse through.
* You can always ask me questions as well b/c I will probably be around next year
