| January 29, 2005 Welcome to my new site. I am not the best at keeping people up to date with what is going on with my life through email, so I thought that this would be a good idea. Then anyone who wants to know can just come here and find out for themselves. LOL Right now I am going to school to be a Pastry Chef and have hopes of starting my own bakery/cafe. First though I am going to move into Sandy, Oregon (I'm in Portland right now) and start doing cakes out of my home. I will keep you all updated on that. |

| February 11, 2005 WOOO HOOO!!! I got a job today. It is called Paris Cafe and located in Sandy. I will be doing sandwiches and barista. It will be fun. The whole cake thing out of my home is going to have to be on hold. It is just not going to work out right now. I have to get my kitchen certified and I don't have a kitchen right now or rent one and I can not find one. Still working on it though. |
| February 17,2005 Well, my job has turned out to be doing more that just sandwiches. They have a regular menue. We fresh cut all of our french fries and the fish and chips and chicken tenders are all fresh. We have cold and hot sandwiches, nachos, soup, salads. It has been fun and I am learing a lot. They want to start making most of their pastries fresh, so I am going to start making some things and trying to sell them on it. Anyway, things are looking good for me right now and hopfully I will be moving into Sandy really soon. |

| March 5,2005 Hey, I have found an apartment in Sandy and am starting to move into it. I also work with a girl that has the same idea of what she wants to do with a shop and bakery and cake decorating. We are going to talk further and maybe something will come of it, who knows. I will let you all know. |
