Though the day rained on us, it did nothing to damper our awe of this enormous natural phenomona, reaching a thousand feet above Wyoming's flat landscape. Matt was excited to have a close encounter with the first national monument. |

Old Faithful erupted right on schedule, leaving us plenty of time to explore the other wonders of Yellowstone, including hot springs, fumaroles, and mud pots. |

Staying in Idaho with Larry and Kristin was lots of fun. Driggs provided us with great scenery (mountains every way you look) good hiking, and ample time for relaxation. |

Glacier was easily one of the most beautiful parks we stayed in, especially with the autumn colors peeking through. Mountains formed canyons with an awe inspiring view. |
