Drove from Acadia to meet up with Ian for lunch in his hometown. Finished the drive to Montreal in torrential downpours. Stayed at the Hotel DuFort, where they bumped up our relatively cheap room to a luxurious suite.
Toured the city today, mostly by bus. My favorite city I've ever visited. European flavor with more convenience.
Had a wonderful dinner with Dina, a close family friend of Matt's, and Ken, an off-the-wall very intelligent man who knows everything about biology.
Visited TorConIII, but couldn't find anyone I knew. Decided against paying the one day fee. Couldn't get in touch with Manon. Spent the day touring the Hockey Hall of Fame and other hockey sites instead.
Lazed around today. Crazy traffic made us think better about visiting the city again. Had one last delicious dinner with Dina and Yoli (her helper, who cooked the delicious meal). I want a Yoli!
