Here are a few of my short stories I have written. I hope you enjoy them. �The Little Ballerina� Once there was a little ballerina practicing her ballet performance. She was practicing her performance because tomorrow was the ballet pageant. Her name was Leah Dixon. Her mother helped her practice ten times. When she woke up, she was so happy that she felt like she was going to win the pageant. Later, when all the ballerinas got on stage the music started. They started to dance. When Leah started to dance everyone thought she was lovely. All of a sudden, she stumbled and fell! Doc immediately called the ambulance and she was taken to the hospital. When she got to the hospital, they checked her leg out and Doc told her parents she had cancer. Doc also told Leah. Leah was scared. She felt very lonely in the hospital. Lots of her friends came to see her. They gave her lots of presents and get-well cards. Tomorrow she will have surgery. After surgery she didn�t feel well. The rest of the days in the hospital her mom stayed with her. She also had to get treatments. Now she is done and doing great. She can play with her friends too. By Leah Dixon �My Friend Breezy� I like my friend Breezy. She likes to play with me. She is two and a half years old. One time when I went to see her room I gave her a carebear. She was asleep so she didn�t get to see it until she woke up. My friend Breezy likes to play with play dough a lot. She is very cute. She has already lost her hair and she is doing fine. Her mom is very tired. So, I hope my friend breezy will get out of the hospital. Sometimes I miss her. My mom calls her mom everyday. I also saw her today she was doing great. By Leah Dixon October 2003 "My Pet Panda Cub" Hi, my name is Leah. So I am going to tell you about my pet panda cub. My panda cub drinks out of a baby bottle because she is only a baby. My panda cub is a girl. Her name is Carrie and she is a good girl. She also drinks a lot of milk. She is the cutest panda cub in the whole world. She sleeps with me. She also takes naps. I love her so much. She is such a cute baby panda cub. She also eats with me. That�s why I like her. By Leah Dixon "The Princess That Found The Puppy" Once upon a time, there was a princess. The princess� name was Marie. Her mother Queen Belle takes care of her. One-day princess Marie went outside to take walk. As she was walking, she found a puppy. The puppy was stuck in a hole. Princess Marie went back home to get a rope. She got a rope and ran back to the hole where the puppy was. The princess took the rope and pulled the puppy out. Once she pulled the puppy out, she put it in her basket and put a blanket over the puppy. Princess Marie took the puppy home with her. She asked her mom if she could keep the puppy. Her mom said that she could keep it. She was so excited! By Leah Dixon January 7, 2004 "The Agent That Wasn�t Lazy" Once upon a time there was an agent. Her name was Cindy. Now Cindy was not a lazy agent. She was always on time with her paperwork and meetings. She was also very good at spying on people. One time Cindy caught two robbers stealing the bank�s money. From that day she caught those two robbers she got her agent star badge. She always kept her badge clean. Today she met an attractive man. That man Cindy met liked Cindy very much as a friend. So they set up a lunch date for tomorrow at 5:00 pm. The next day she had lunch with him at 5:00. She asked for his name. He told her that his name was John Parker. She said that she liked his name and he said thank you. She said your welcome. So they became friends. By Leah Dixon January 5, 2004 "The Dangerous Tornado" Once upon a time, there was a tornado. This tornado was very dangerous that it took this man�s daughter. The man was so scared that he didn�t know what to do. He prayed to God. Then after he prayed, he went to bed. While he was sleeping, God gave him a dream about his daughter in a tree. The next morning when he woke up, he took a walk around the park and saw this tree. It was the same tree that was in his dream. He walked over to the tree and saw his daughter crying. He went up the tree, picked up his daughter, and carried her home. By Leah Dixon, January 5th, 2004 "Porkchop The Pig" Once upon a time, there was a pig. This pig�s name was Porkchop. Now Porkchop the pig was very fat and funny. Porkchop the pig likes to roll in the mud like regular pigs. One time Porkchop got in the field and the butcher chased him. Porkchop is very curious about things. One time Porkchop was curious of a boat. He went on the boat and the captain saw Porkchop. The captain kicked Porkchop off the boat. When Porkchop got kicked off the boat, he landed in the water. Poor Porkchop was so smart that he did the doggie paddle all the way to land. Once Porkchop got home, he was all muddy and dirty. Porkchop�s mother was so upset at him. She made him go take a bath.
