Notes from satisfied customers:

Hello Mr. Goodenbour, I recently made an Amsoil purchase from you and just wanted to share what the results have been so far. THIS IS A POSITIVE LETTER. I purchased enough 10w30 to change the oil once and enough 80/90w to change tranny and rear end oil. To make a long story short, my 1993 Toyota 2wd pickup just went on a near 400 mile trip and mileage averaged out to 29mpg. That is impressive and an improvement over previous mileage. A couple of other things I noticed, my truck engine (22re 4 cylinder) has always been a little loud at idle, clicking valves. I have re-adjusted several times with no real improvement. It had one valve that was especially loud. Notice I said had..... the minute I started the truck with the Amsoil in it, that valve got quiet! The engine still has a little valve noise, just like every 22re I have ever heard, but it is much better. I also think the engine revs easier from gear to gear, less fight pushing the oil through the engine. I just wanted to share my positive experience. Thanks. John Martin

Hey Richard, This is J. R. down in Louisiana. Just wanted to drop you a line and comment on the Synthetic Amsoil 10W-30 I bought from you a few weeks ago. I'm really impressed. I have a '96 Chevy 1/2 ton extended cab w/350 vortex gas engine. I changed my oil on April 30th. Two days later we left Sulphur with our 29 foot Terry Travel Trailer and took our regular trip to the flea market in Canton, Texas. Lots of hills. We left on May 2nd and returned on May 6th. Round trip is about 600 miles. My gas mileage goes to hell when I pull my trailer anyway. In the past I normally get 8 to 8.3 miles per gallon, but on this trip (after my oil change) I was shocked. I got 9.2 mpg on my first tank. When I unhooked from my trailer I put about 60 miles on my truck just running around. Total average for the entire trip was 9.7 mpg. So I'd say this is some pretty good oil. I'm also running Amsoil 20w-50 Synthetic Motorcycle oil in my Harley. Just wanted to let you know what I thought about your product. Until the next case, J. R.

Mr. Goodenbour, I have used Amsoil in my vehicles for a couple of decades. Then, in a moment of insanity, I decided to go with the cheaper and readily available (major oil companies synthetic). What crap! My Miata, which had never leaked before, is now leaking from unknown locations. My Maxima, which also never used any measurable oil between 5k oil changes, suddenly used 3/4 quart in 5k. It didn't leak it , however. I am ready to go back to the good stuff. I learned my lesson. R. Hill. (NOTE:Brand of synthetic edited by Richard Goodenbour to avoid any liability)
