Paul’s Pumpkin Bars
Mix
all together in large bowl:

cups flour

tsp. baking powder

tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp.
ground ginger
¼ tsp.
ground cloves

tsp. baking soda
¼ tsp.
salt

eggs, beaten

15oz. pumpkin
2/3
cup sugar

cup oil (canola or vegetable)
¾ cup
chopped nuts (optional)
Mix
until thoroughly blended; spread in a 15x10x1 un-greased jelly-roll pan; bake @
350º for 25 to 30 minutes
Cream
Cheese Frosting:
In
small bowl put:
3oz.
cream cheese, softened
¼ cup
margarine, softened
1
tsp. vanilla
Beat
until fluffy
Add:
2
cups powdered sugar
Beat
until smooth; spread over cooled bars
