Poppy Seed Cake

box vanilla instant pudding

oil

water
½ cup
pineapple juice or orange juice

poppy seeds
In
a mixing bowl, beat together all ingredients except poppy seeds for 5 minutes;
fold in poppy seeds; bake in angel food or bundt pan for 40 minutes @ 350º
Note:
to prepare
pan, grease heavily and dust with cinnamon and sugar mixture instead of flour
