Salted Nut Roll

30 caramels

 

¼ cup evaporated milk

 

¼ cup butter

 

1 cup powdered sugar

 

lots of peanuts

 

combine caramels and milk in top of double boiler; remove from heat and add ¼ cup butter; mix until butter melts; add powdered sugar; drop by spoonfuls into bowl of peanuts
