Fresh Peach Pie

cup sugar
¾ cup
water

large tbsp. Cornstarch
3oz.
box peach or apricot jello

cups sliced peaches

9” baked pie crust
Cook
sugar, water and cornstarch until thick and clear; add peach jello; cool; add
sliced peaches to cooked mixture; pour into baked pie crust; add cool whip or
ice cream
