Fresh Peach Pie


 

1 cup sugar

 

¾ cup water

 

2 large tbsp. Cornstarch

 

3oz. box peach or apricot jello

 

4 cups sliced peaches

 

(1) 9” baked pie crust

 

Cook sugar, water and cornstarch until thick and clear; add peach jello; cool; add sliced peaches to cooked mixture; pour into baked pie crust; add cool whip or ice cream

 

*A 6oz. box of jello equals ¾ cup.  Use ½ cup of jello*
