Egg Casserole


 

2 cups seasoned croutons

 

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

 

6 beaten eggs

 

2 cups milk

 

½ tsp. salt

 

½ tsp. dry mustard

 

pepper

 

 

          Grease 9” square baking dish; put in croutons; sprinkle on cheese; mix eggs, milk, mustard, pepper; pour over croutons and cheese; bake @ 300º-325º for 55-60 minutes; cut up ham or crumbled bacon on top during the last 10 minutes
