Fondant-

 

2 lbs. Powdered sugar

 

½ cup soft butter

 

1 can eagle brand

 

Cool; make balls; cool for 24 hours

 

Chocolate dip-

 

1 12oz. pkg. chocolate chips

 

1 12oz. pkg. almond bark

 

For Variation-

 

Flavor fondant

 

Cherries in fondant

 

Use plain fondant and mint flavored chocolate chips
