Cheesy Italian Chicken


 

6 chicken ½ breasts

 

6 slices swiss cheese

 

1 can cream of chicken soup

 

½ cup creamy Italian salad dressing

 

2 cup Pepperidge Farms stuffing mix

 

½ cup melted margarine

 

 

Spray casserole dish with Pam; bone and skin chicken breasts and place in casserole dish; put one slice of swiss cheese on each piece of chicken; mix soup with salad dressing; pour over chicken and cheese; cover with stuffing mix and drizzle butter over mix; bake covered for 30 minutes @ 350º; remove cover and bake 30 more minutes
