Cheese Sauce


 

2 tbsp. Butter

 

2 tbsp. Flour

 

¼ tsp. salt

 

1/8 tsp. pepper

 

¼ tsp. dry mustard (optional)

 

Melt butter; turn fire off and add flour, salt and pepper; slowly stir

 

in milk; add cheese to taste.
