Creamy Au-Gratin Potatoes


 


1 can cream of ______ soup

 

mix

 
1 cup sour cream

 

½ bag frozen southern style hash brown cubes

 

½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

 

Grease pan; cover; bake @ 400º for 45 minutes; should be bubbly and potatoes tender; remove from oven and sprinkle with cheese
