Apple Filling Cake

pkg. yellow cake mix

20oz. can of apple pie filling

1/3 cups brown sugar

tbsp. Flour
½ cup
butter or margarine

tsp. cinnamon
(optional)
chopped nuts to taste
Topping:
1/3
cup milk
confectioners’
sugar
Prep:
1. Beat eggs; add 1 pkg. of yellow cake mix; mix well; add one can of wilderness apple pie filling; spread mixture on a large cookie sheet
2.
Top
butter with brown sugar, butter, cinnamon, and chopped nuts; bake @ 325º for 30
minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean

Make
glaze for topping by combining 1/3 cup milk with enough powdered sugar until
mixture is a medium weight liquid
4.
Drizzle
cake with powdered sugar glaze while cake is warm; this glaze will thicken as
it hardens
