| How The Tribe started Amber and Dal were making their way out of the city to make a new life for themselves in the country. They were walking accross a road when they heard the locos siren. They hid then Amber saw a little girl (Cloe) wandering around, she had not heard the Locos. Amber rushed out to save her. They walked around and found a playground where Salene (a girl who looked after Cloe) and twins Patsy and Paul were playing. They talked and were interupted by Lex, Ryan and Zandra, Lex tried blackmailing them for good, then they were interupted by the Locos! Amber, Dal, Salene, Cloe, Patsy and Paul ran into a deserted Mall, Patsy lost her teddy on the floor and Lex, Ryan and Zandra followed them, saw the teddy and knew that they had gone into the Mall! They all talked and met Jack who was the owner af the Mall. They invited Zandra, Ryan and Lex to join them on Amber's terms! Soon, Bray found them, and when he found out that they were all really nice (except Lex!) he crept out and asked if the pregnant Trudy could stay as well. And that was the start of the Mall Rats. |
| How The virus started Danni (she comes in at the start of series two) had a father who was a scientist. He and other scientists were researching into human genes, and they found, or thought that they had found a way to stop the aging process. It all went wrong, and instead of creating a way to stop aging, they had made it go the other way. The virus was created |
| The Virus The Virus caused a rapid increase in age. In an hour it caused the same effects were if you were 150 years old. It killed every single adult in the world. It didn't affect children because when you are young (under 18) you have a really long gene which shorterns as you get older. The virus attacks this gene, and it is too short as an adult to fight the virus off. But later on the virus mutated and it started to attack children, it was a different virus, but it originated from the first one. Luckily the Mall Rats found an antidote, or else everyone would have been dead. |
