"Knowledge of the self is the mother of all knowledge. So it is incumbent on me to
know myself, to know it completely, to know its minutiae, its characteristics, its subtleties, and its very atoms."
-Kahlil Gibran, "The Philosophy of Logic"
Harle, mysterious woman of the night. Her very existence is a complete mystery to all that come into contact with her.
She seems to be enveloped with a shroud of darkness but yet have an ethereal sense of emotion when she talks. The French
accent that she bears adds a hint of flavor to her already ostentatious and pushy character. Whenever in Harle's
presence, she captivates her audience with charm and fancy taste. Her jester costume conveys the image of a trickster
or someone who exists only to please and humor others.
Her real purpose in the world is unknown to most people, as well the reason for her existence. Harle manipulates those
who she needs to manipulate and takes advantage of most everyone she has ever known. Except for one man: Serge.
Harle is willing to abandon her creators and warn Serge of the dangers of finding out what happened to himself 10 years
ago. By doing this she betrays the ones who made her and shows an emotion that most creatures who are not made by God
wouldn't ever show: love. Harle is deeply touched by Serge's words towards her, "You are my world..." and reminds
herself that she has a mission and must not let her emotions get in her way.
Being a creature of darkness, Harle does have an evil and vendictive side to her. She loaths those who get in the
way of her plans or disrupt her when she's talking to Serge. Harle also gets really jealous when another female shows
some sort of emotion toward Serge, even if it's a feeling of hate. Being a trickster, she will go to any means possible
to make her life plan succeed, even if it means killing a few humans.
