~Journalist~
As your team's journalist, you've covered many stories about this type of disaster.  You've seen some really big damage that's been caused by disasters and interviewed everyone from scientists to everyday survivors.  People count on you to report the facts.  Your report will be a news article focusing on one real life disaster.  As a quality journalist, your report must include the four Ws and one H:

Who has been effected by this?  What happened?    Where did it happen?  When did this happen?  Why do these disasters happen?  How can deaths and damage be prevented for next time?
*Remember*

Your report/article should be at least 1 full page in length. It should focus on the questions above
and include the two most useful websites to you.  Follow all of the rules you would for a language arts writing prompt (proper grammar, paragraphs, spelling, etc.).  See the grading rubric for more information.
